Made appointment for an oil change through the Crew’s website. Got a call from Melissa in the Service Dept. the day before the scheduled appointment that there was some sort of problem with the on-line system and they didn’t have the appointment time available that the system had confirmed. She made sure that I was still able to get in around the same time, and I received an email from Danielle Dahn apologizing for the problem, and saying she would look into it. She followed through with checking on why my original appointment didn’t show up, and indeed there was a glitch with the website, which was fixed after they knew there was a problem. Upon arriving, Dennis Davis (whom I specifically requested) was my Service Advisor, and he did his usual great job getting my service work done accurately and expeditiously. All-in-all another very pleasant experience from the Service Department at Crew’s. You have some great folks there.
