When i arrived at the service counter the personnel sat and continued a conversation about another account without even acknowledging that i was standing there. Pretty rude, no greeting. They redirected me to the other service counter where the individual acted like i was putting her out having showed up for my appointment. Then i waited nearly 2 hours for a simple oil change with multi point inspection and one wiper replacement. This after i established an appointment for the service. I have had better treatment in the past but this experience makes me question why i need to use the dealership for simple maintenance.
