Due to large volumes and limited available time slots, I took off from work for my scheduled, only to arrive and be told that I could not get serviced as I "had no appointment scheduled in the system". Internally upset by this, I remembered my wife having screenshots of the confirmed scheduled appointments from my "My Chevrolet" app and what would be done on that exact day. Not to disappoint- to my pleasant surprise, my Serviceperson immediately accommodated me! My faith in the high regard I had for Crews Chevrolet was re-confirmed!!!
