    It went quickly this time which is not always the case. I was greeted when I arrived- Yay! The staff person that took care of me was great! Brought my car around to me rather than me having to beep my fob around the car lot to find my car! I didn’t give a 5 star because there wasn’t any warm popcorn this time- no popcorn in fact. The waiting room is comfortable enough for a short wait.

    Let say this first. This was the worst experience I've ever had. If I could give a half star I would. I made an appointment on Tuesday to have my oil changed, tire rotation and 4 wheel alignment. I had to sit there for 5 hours waiting for this service. After being there for 3 hours I had seen that my vehicle still had not been brought in to be serviced. When ask why and how much longer it would be. I was told that they didn't know how much longer and that my vehicle would be next. 2 hours later I go back and she was just working on my bill. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. I had a coupon for the alignment for $89 and was charged $139. The young lady tried to fix it, but couldn't. There was no manager, so I had to wait til Monday to correct. Thus young woman actually acted like, sorry not my problem. Monday I finally spoke with the manager and got the bill fixed and was given an explanation and an apology. That was it. I would think they would have done a bit more for sitting around waiting 5 HOURS waiting for this service. Mind you they knew when I made the appointment I would be waiting for the car. This place really deserves a minus 5 star..
